“It is completely unprofitable to take a vacation in March 2024, where there will be only 17 working days; after March, the most unprofitable months will be the months of May and June, where there will be 20 working days each,” the coach said.
Ainur calculated that, for example, with a salary of 200 thousand tenge, a working day in April, July and October would cost 9,090 tenge. However, there is an important condition - the salary should not have changed for the last 2 years.
“When calculating two weeks of vacation, you will work 12 days, for which you will receive 109,080 tenge in salary. That is, 12 needs to be multiplied by 9,090 tenge,” shares Ainur.
The specialist explained what part of the salary Kazakhstanis will receive if, for example, they go on vacation in March for 14 days.
“There are only 17 working days in March, based on a salary of 200,000 tenge, the cost of a working day in March will be 11,765 tenge,” she shared.
How many thousands of tenge can be saved or lost?
You will need to work 8 days in March, so in March your salary after vacation pay will be 94,120 tenge. As Ainur Kamaldinova says, the higher the wages, the greater the amounts Kazakhstanis will lose in March, May and June.
Despite the fact that the total difference between the mentioned months is 14,960 tenge with a salary of 200,000 tenge, it is worth considering that the amount will increase depending on the salary received.
