As explained in the press service of the company, children under 7 years of age travel free of charge without providing a separate seat.

"To occupy a separate seat, a child under 7 years old must purchase a child ticket. If there are two or more children under 7 years old, it is also necessary to buy a children's travel document. For children from 7 to 15 years old, there is a 50% discount on the cost of an adult ticket," specified by the company.

For children over 15 years of age, travel documents are issued, as for adults.

To purchase a child ticket, you must provide an identity document: a child's birth certificate or passport.

"The child's birth certificate or its notarized copy along with the ticket must be presented to the conductor when boarding the train," the company said in a statement.

How to send a child on a train unaccompanied?

Children under 15 can only travel by train if accompanied by an adult.

"If a child travels on a train with a passenger who is not his legal representative, then it is necessary to present a notarized power of attorney to accompany him. Children over 15 years old can travel by train unaccompanied by adults if they have a notarized power of attorney from their legal representative. Presentation of a power of attorney is not required in the case of the personal presence of the legal representative of the child when boarding a passenger train or en route," the company said.
