The tourism potential of 17 regions of Kazakhstan was presented in Beijing

As part of the opening of the Year of Kazakh Tourism in China, 17 regions of our country presented their thematic stands with a presentation of the regions’ tourism opportunities.

“We are convinced that Kazakhstan is one of the most attractive destinations for Chinese tourists, being not only a friendly and neighboring country with a visa-free regime, but also a strategic partner of the One Belt, One Road initiative.” We offer tourists the concept of “Eco-Ethnic-Entertainment-Events”, covering the following areas: ecotourism, ethnotourism, entertainment and events,” said Kairat Sadvakasov, Chairman of the Board of JSC NC Kazakh Tourism, at the opening of the Kazakh-Chinese Tourism and Investment Forum.

The Tourism and Investment Forum consisted of two panel sessions: “Discovering Kazakhstan: opportunities for organized tourism for Chinese travelers”, “Partnership in the tourism business: Kazakh-Chinese investment opportunities.”

At the end of the forum, a number of memorandums were signed between the Kazakh and Chinese sides.
