Miras Tulebaev has been appointed Vice-Minister of Tourism and Sports, Tengrinews.kz reports.
“By the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Miras Kalievich Tulebaev was appointed to the position of Vice-Minister of Tourism and Sports,” the message says.
Before his appointment, Tulebaev was Deputy Chairman of the Tourism Industry Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Sports. Ryskulov, Kazakh National Technical University named after Satpayev, Academy of Public Administration under the President.
He began his career in 2008 as a chief specialist at the International Center for Defense Cross-Border Cooperation.
In 2009-2010 – chief specialist, chief manager of the department of the International Center for Cross-Border Cooperation “Khorgos”.
In 2010-2011 – chief expert of the department of the Main Dispatch Directorate of the Oil and Gas Industry, expert of the 1st category of management of the State Energy Supervision Committee of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, expert, chief expert of the management of the Industry Committee of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies.
In 2012-2014, he was the chief expert of the Department of the Committee for Inspection in the Oil and Gas Complex of the Ministry of Oil and Gas.
In 2014-2015, he worked as deputy head of the department of industrial and innovative development of the Kyzylorda region.
In 2015-2016, he was the head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Tourism of the Kyzylorda Region.
In 2016-2017 he worked in private structures.
In 2017 – Deputy Director of the Center for Sustainable Development of the Capital.
From 2017 to 2022 – Head of the Department of the Tourism Industry Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Sports.
