Contact center "i-Tourist" is proposed to be created in the Republic of Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - In order to further stimulate mass tourism, according to international experience, work is underway to introduce the tourist "Cash Back". This was announced by the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askhat Oralov at a government meeting, Kazinform correspondent reports.

“In order to further stimulate mass tourism, according to international experience, we are working on the introduction of the tourist “Cash Back”, which provides for subsidizing the expenses of tourists up to 20% of the cost of the tour during the “low” season,” said Askhat Oralov.

The Minister also spoke about the work on digitalization.

“Continuing work on digitalization, we are engaged in the digitization of a single register of guides. This decision will encourage guides to constantly improve their skills and improve the quality of services provided. Also, to quickly solve the problems of tourists, we propose to create an information contact center "i-Tourist", - added Askhat Oralov.
