The mausoleum of Yeset-Daribai is a monument built in honor of the famous Kazakh batyr Yeset Kotybaruly who lived in the 19th century. For the first time the mausoleum was built in 1890 from unburnt and burnt bricks with a dome in the center, but over time the building was destroyed. At the initiative of Shalkar district residents, this mausoleum was built for the second time in 1993, decorated with national ornaments and taking into account the requirements of modern architectural culture. In relation to Mecca, the grave of Yeset is located on the right side of the mausoleum, and his brother Daribai is on the left.
