Central mosque of Aktobe

Construction of the first mosque of the city, on the site of which Central Mosque was later built, began in 1901 and was completed in 2 years. The complex of the mosque contained madrasah, a hotel, parking for horses and houses of priests. These structures were disassembled during the Great Patriotic war for construction needs. The mosque was rebuilt in 1990, and in 2014 next to the old premises of the mosque, a new spacious building was built.
