Abay Boulevard is a pedestrian recreation area in the center of Aktobe. Previously, it was called Oktyabrsky Boulevard and was the center of all city events. With the advent of the well-maintained park of the First President and the Water-green Boulevard in Aktobe, Abay Boulevard has lost its leading position, however, it still attracts vacationers with colorful flower beds and a well-groomed view.
